Dan Goodwill, President, Dan Goodwill & Associates Inc. has over 20 years of experience in the logistics and transportation industries in both Canada and the United States. Dan has held executive level positions in the industry including President of Yellow Transportation’s Canada division, President of Clarke Logistics (Canada’s largest Intermodal Marketing Company), General Manager of the Railfast division of TNT and Vice President, Sales & Marketing, TNT Overland Express.
Goodwill is currently a consultant to manufacturers and distributors, helping them improve their transportation processes and save millions of dollars in freight spend. Mr. Goodwill also provides consulting services to transportation and logistics organizations.

Kevin Snobel
Kevin Snobel is the General Manager at Caravan Logistics Inc, and a speaker at industry events. At Caravan he is responsible for the day to day activities of the company, including hiring and recruiting of all drivers, and office personnel. Prior to Caravan, he had management level experience with Melburn Truck Lines and has had teaching experience at continuing education departments at two colleges in the GTA.
Harry Rudolfs
Harry Rudolfs has worked as a dishwasher, apprentice mechanic, editor, trucker, foreign correspondent and taxi driver. He's written over 100 articles for North American and European journals and newspapers, including features for the Ottawa Citizen, Toronto Life and CBC radio.
With over 30 years experience in the trucking industry he's hauled cars, steel, lumber, chemicals, auto parts and general freight as well as B-trains. He also researched and wrote Highway Workplace: The Canadian Truckers' Story, an interactive online website available at Heritage Canada's Virtual Museum http://www.virtualmuseum.ca/Exhibitions/Highway/. He holds an honours BA in creative writing and humanities, summa cum laude.
Gagan Goraya
Goraya has more than 13 years of experience in information technology and management, working mainly in the transportation and logistics sector. He currently holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics and Commerce/Finance from University of Toronto as well as a Master's Degree in Information Studies from University of Toronto. His expertise spans a variety of topics, including software development, system architecture and design, E-commerce, data mining, and business process improvement. His transportation experience also includes running a transportation division for more than five years.

After stepping down from a successful career managing one of Canada’s 50 largest trucking companies, Ray focused on industry involvement including terms as Chairman of each of the following, the Truckload Carriers Association, Professional Truck Drivers Institute, North American Training and Management Institute and the Ministry of Training Colleges and Universities voluntary apprenticeship of Tractor Trailer Commercial Driver. Along with many other business interests, he is also the CEO of ATBS Canada Inc. (Advanced Transportation Business Solutions)
